Chef and mixologist Junior Portal brings decades of hospitality experience to Kitchen’s Portal. His journey includes owning Betty’s Wok & Noodle in Boston, where Asian and Latin flavors came together at the table.
Today, that same love of food, cocktails, and hosting shapes our celebrations in Orlando—from the first welcome to the final thoughtful detail.
