My story
My name is Junior Portal. My passion for delicious food and the perfect cocktail has led me to a fantastic career in the hospitality industry.
I have been a Chef and a Mixologist for the past 20 years. I owned a restaurant in Boston, Massachusetts, named Betty's Wok & Noodle, specializing in Asian-Latino fusion cuisine. I have been featured in RACHAEL RAY Tasty Travels, THE BOSTON GLOBE, BOSTON HERALD, BOSTON MAGAZINE, and DRINKS MAGAZINE, among other publications.
